The location was convenient (close to everything!). The staff was very friendly and always ready to help with any questions. The decor created a unique atmosphere. The breakfast was fantastic. I especially enjoyed the fresh pastries. I found the inner courtyard to be a peaceful spot to relax after a day of exploring. The hotel offered a very clean and warm room for a pleasant stay. The bed was comfortable. I found the elevator very convenient. The Philippine restaurant provided unique dining options. It was so yummy. I appreciated that they allowed me to check in an hour early. The receptionist was friendly and accommodating. The overall design was lovely, with many rooms overlooking the charming courtyard. The rooms were also spacious. I was glad the staff was willing to help. The overall charm of the hotel was nice. I enjoyed how the hotel combines fun and style. I had an enjoyable stay with warm, cozy rooms. The neighborhood has a very nice vibe, for sure.

The pillow was not good, too lumpy and so uncomfortable.
